At Hattie and Thomas, we want every child to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. We understand how important it is to find clothing that meets your child's needs, and we want you to love your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Hattie and Thomas is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect our products before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to make it right at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order. This helps ensure your preferred item is available.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or in the case of defective or incorrect merchandise.
